Tο  DX team της Κρητης Οπως καθε χρονο ετσι και φετος θα λαβει μέρος στον διεθνη διαγωνισμο RSGB ΙΟΤΑ στις 25-26 ΙΟΥΛΙΟΥ .
Οι εκπομπες θα πραγματοποιηθουν απ την νησος ΧΡΥΣΗ Νοτια της Ιεράπετρας Loc.KM24UV IOTA EU-187 & GIOTA KRS-002.
Διακριτικο κλησεως J49G.
Η ομαδα θα απαρτιζεται απο :SV9BMJ,SV9DJO,SV9FBG,SV9FBK,
SV9GPV,SV9KIL,SV9OFS,SV9RGI & LZ3FN

Οσο για μενα δυστηχως λογω επαγγελματικων υποχρεώσεων δεν θα ακολουθήσω.Υπαρχει ομως πιθανοτητα να βγω για λιγο στον αερα δινοντας το ΕU-015 σε οσους το χρειαζονται

The SV9 DX Team as every year and also for  this year will participate to the word RSGB IOTA contest 25-26 of July.All operation will be done from the "CHRISSI Isl "south of Ierapetra Loc KM24UV IOTA EU-187 & GIOTA KRS-002.The call that will use will be J49G.
The team will be: SV9BMJ,SV9DJO,SV9FBG,SV9FBK
SV9GPV,SV9KIL,SV9OFS,SV9RGI & LZ3FN.
I wish to all good luck on the contest and have alot of fun to my good friends!!As about me unfortunately because of my Qrl ill not follow...
But there is a possibility for limit activity during the contest just to give the EU-015 Crete isl to whom need it.

One of the most Wanted DXCC entity of the Ham World is on AIR !!
I must say one of the most difficult for me also.Huge pileups very hard to break it and the usual chaos on every band.I must say totally anarchy...the Frequency police from one side causing qrm,from the other side the no brain hams who they dont know how to use their equipment..(ex split) and finally everybody calling and calling without listening and the QRM 
become Bigger and Bigger.
I get lucky and made 2 qsos with K1N on Cw and Rtty hope to have the  opportunity to work them in SSB to close the Navassa chapter because the next activation we ll be min in 10 years!

CQ WPX AWARD of EXCELLENCE PLAQUE

The Ultimate Award for the prefix DXer !!!
Finally after alot of  hunting  all these years..
I complete my CQ WPX AWARD of EXCELLENCE !!
Its the 1st SV9 and the 3d to the all SV land award
Just today i received a really nice Plaque with the extra endorsement for 160m and Digital.
I d like to thanks very much my friend Stathis SV5DKL for all the advices and instructions for completed and of course the WPX award manager Steve N8BJQ for his precious help.

 The requirements of this Award are:
1) At least 1000 prefixes confirmed in Mixed mode
2) At least 600 prefixes confirmed in SSB mode
3) At least 600 prefixes confirmed in CW mode
4) At least 160 prefixes from North America confirmed
5) At least 95 prefixes from South America confirmed
6) At least 160 prefixes from Europe confirmed
7) At least 90 prefixes from Africa confirmed
8) At least 75 prefixes from Asia confirmed
9) At least 60 prefixes from Oceania confirmed
10)At least 175 prefixes confirmed on 80m band
11) At least 250 prefixes confirmed on 40m band
12) At least 300 prefixes confirmed on 20m band
13) At least 300 prefixes confirmed on 15m band
14) At least 300 prefixes confirmed on 10m band
For the Extra Endorsements  
At least 60 prefixes confirmed on 160m band
At least 400 prefixes confirmed on Digital Mode
of course Extra endorsements available 30, 17, 12 & 6m bands,for those WHO have qualified.
Next step for me the 4 endorsements that missing from my collection and already waiting my RAEM 111 Plaque hope to have it soon.
